Flow Sub-Only Open

The Flow Sub-Only Open Tournament (FSO) is founded by FlowBJJ in Rockland, Maine. The first event will be held in Warren, Maine at the Midcoast Athletic Center (MAC). Please Follow FLOW SUB-ONLY OPEN on facebook or visit www.flowsubonly.com to stay up to date with the latest information.

IMPORTANT: You can compete in Gi and NOGI for one price of $75. 

ABSOLUTE DIVISIONS are just $20, but you must sign up for a regular division to be eligible.

SPECTATORS: Admission to the event for spectators will be $15. kids UNDER 10 and one black belt coach free per team.

MAINE’S NEWEST AND MOST COMPLETE TOURNAMENT

The Flow Sub-Only Open was started in an effort to bring high level grappling to the state of Maine. FSO features kids gi and nogi divisions, women’s gi and nogi divisions, men’s gi and nogi divisions, multiple pre-scheduled high level superfights, and men’s and women’s nogi ABSOLUTE divisions. All ABSOLUTE division winners will automatically earn a superfight on the Emerald City Invitational, which is streamed live on flograppling.com
