Hello Competitors/Parents,

Thank you for registering for the Yucaipa Open Samurai Showdown III on March 4. Our rules and guidelines have been updated on the website: https://smoothcomp.com/en/event/9564

Coach's meeting will begin at 8:45 am, with the first set of matches starting at 9:00 am. Please arrive and check in one hour before your scheduled bracket time. Once you check-in, we recommend you stay in the warm-up area in case we are running ahead of schedule.

Tentative Bracket Start Times (Please note that some age groups were moved to different times to balance the schedule, please review the brackets to see if you have been moved to another age group. If you have any questions or are unsure about your start time, please reach out via email or phone.

·      9:00 a.m. (Ages 3-5 All Belts)  

·      9:20 a.m. (Ages 6-7 All Belts)

·      10:05 a.m. (Ages 8-9 All Belts)

·      11:00 a.m. (Ages 10-12 All Belts)

·      12:00 pm (Teens 13/15 & 16-17 All Belts)

·      2:00 pm (Adult Male White Belts)

·      3:15 pm (Adult Male Blue and Purple Belts)

Note: You can check in/weigh in ONE HOUR before your scheduled bracket starts. For example, if you are in the 9:00 am bracket start time, you can check in at 8:00 am. Please arrive early, as we may be running ahead of schedule.

Due to an increase in price for the venue, we will no longer allow one free spectator per athlete. Tickets will be sold at the door starting at 8:00 am and finish selling at 3:15 pm. Please see the pricing for spectators below: Kids 3 and under free Kids 4 -12 $10
