1. What is the rules for the league?

All rules will be according to IBJJF

2. If I miss an event, do i get to continue the league? 

Yes! You can join any event of the year at your convenience to be part of the league, the more event you join, the better chance of you to be in the winning league. 

3. Is MGL registration refundable?

All registration are non-refundable.

4. What if my division has nobody? Will i get a refund? 

There are 3 possibilities that can happen:

1. You can either be merged one or two category higher than you upon your consent

2. We can move you to fight absolute without paying extra upon your consent

3. If point 1. And 2. Isn’t comfortable for you, your registration will be kept as credit for the next round of MGL that you are available. Doesn’t have to be immediately next event but whenever you are availeble. Validity 6 months.

5. After I registered, can I change my weight category?

Yes, you can edit your weight category in smoothcomp. 

6. Can I join more than one weight category? 

As we are recovering from the pandemic, while there are strict SOPs to be followed and for everybody's safety, only one registration can be allowed until further notice. 

7. Are we following SOP?

Yes, we strictly follow the procedure that is required to ensure the safety for all.

8. WHAT COLOUR GIS ARE ALLOWED?

We allow any colour Gis and Rash Guard but the requirement such as measurement, length for gi and rash guards will remain as IBJJF rules. 

9. RASHGUARD ALLOWED?

Only rashguards, spats and BJJ/MMA pants compliant to IBJJF standards are allowed. 

10. When are the weigh-Ins? 

Weigh in will be right before your fight before you are called into the competition ring.

11. WHAT IF I FAILED TO make weight? 

You will be disqualified. If you think you won't be able to make weight, you may EDIT your registration details before it closes. 

12. Are we following SOP?

Yes, we strictly follow the procedure that is required to ensure the safety for all.
