All our MMA & BJJ Norwich beginner classes cater to someone who has never done martial arts before. We don’t expect you to be an athlete or in amazing shape. Our BJJ Norwich programs will do this. We won’t expect you to come in and start sparring straight away, we put you through a basic beginner program before letting you move to higher level mma Norwich classes
