EMBRACE THE GRIND (or ETG for short) was founded by Jason Galyean in 2016, unfortunately due to covid and a world pandemic ETG hit a bump in the road. After some hard work and tough grind (Pun intended) ETG is now fully back on track and is determined to share the knowledge, wisdom and technique that has granted valuable lessons, victories and defeats. With a solid coaching team, with well over 60+ years of martial arts experience combined, ETG it truly is a place to come get fit, have fun, make friends and join a community based on hard work friendship and dedication.
