The Tasmanian Submission Championships will run four times per year with competitors accruing points across all four competitions.
At the end of the year the competitor with the most points in each division will be declared the Tasmanian Submission Grappling Champion in their division.
In the event of two competitors ending the year on equal points, number of submissions will be the deciding factor. In the event of equal submissions, the competitor with the most number of match wins and then the shortest total mat time (in the unlikely event of another tie) will be declared the winner.
