Team Remedy is the premier martial arts and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu facility in Milton and Pace. With a family atmosphere comprised of kids and adults, from beginners to professionals, our mission is to help you achieve your goals! Whether your goal is to learn self-defense, bully-proof your child(ren), or to get in shape and have fun, we will help you on your journey! We are of the Gracie jiu jitsu lineage. Our head Professor, Helio Soneca, grew up with Renzo Gracie and received his black belt from Carlos Gracie Jr.
