Family run martial arts academy. part of the IBJJA we have experienced Sensei's in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) / MMA /Kick Boxing /Judo /Karate/Ju Jitsu.
Training - leave fit enough to train the next day. Sparring - in our MMA family lowest grade sets the pace and difficulty. Competing? You can only win or learn!
From young children from around 4 and upwards in our Little Ninjas programme to our oldest member we trained at 82, and everything in between we cater for all ages and abilities. Get fit, build self-confidence and discipline or train hard and compete, it's up to you - no pressure. We help you find your pace and take you as far on your journey as you want to go.
