Miami Springs Jiu Jitsu offers classes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for kids ages 5 and up of all skill levels, starting with beginner fundamentals to competition training. Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes are offered in the style of Gi and no Gi, and are available for all skill levels from beginner to black belt. Training in BJJ provides numerous benefits to kids and adults. It has been proven to lead to improved health, self-confidence, and discipline, especially when started early. Our school provides a safe, convenient, and fun place for the youth and families of our community to learn the very important skills of self-defense and bully de-escalation, while improving their health and fitness. Our professors and coaching staff bring years of experience training, competing, and teaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. They bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to our school and will apply to to provide the best quality instruction to all of our students.
