Stoic Jiu Jitsu Academy offers a uniquely wholistic approach to Martial Arts instruction, with a curriculum informed by two-decades of experience in private sector security, in combination with deep knowledge of history, theology, psychology, kinesiology and nutrition. As committed practitioners of the open-hand Martial Way, we have created Stoic Jiu Jitsu to reflect our approach to training as a way to move through life with intention and purpose. Stoic Jiu Jitsu is a community wherein we learn from each other in order to collectively pursue a deeper understanding of ourselves, and we believe that showing up authentically to face our personal challenges empowers those around us to do the same.
