Changes this year, 2022

• Registration and payment are done entirely and only on SmoothComp. Competitors are required to pre-register and pre-pay. There is NO walk-up registration. The cutoff for registration is 12:00 pm, Friday, October 28.
• We will run youth and adult Jiujitsu brackets as well this year. White belts (and gray belts) only in Jiujitsu this year, but ALL RANKS in Judo. The referees with be BJJ black belts Jiujitsu divisions, and experienced Judo referees in Judo Divisions.

Jiujitsu Rules

This a white belt and gray belt only tournament in the Jiujitsu divisions (all belt ranks in the Judo divisions). It is being designed for novice Jiujitsu players. We are also encouraging Judoka and wrestlers to cross-compete in this division as an entry-level experience. Competitors must join USA Judo.

We will be using the IBJJF rules and scoring system with one exception, armlocks will not be allowed for athletes younger than 15 years of age.
