Welcome To 313 Fitness. 313 fitness is unique in its philosophy. After years of running a successful registered wrestling club and competing in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, founder Imran Khan realised that most people cannot relate to martial arts either due to lack of experience, lack of fitness and generally being intimidated by its name and nature. He decided to create a brand which encourages men, women and children to participate in martial arts and is accessible for everyday people to achieve the confidence to do this. This starts from the very core. Fitness, wellbeing, nutrition, strength and conditioning. 313Fitness was born.
