GI

• The GI must be clean and in good condition with no rips or tears
• The GI must fit properly
• Flow Sub-Only referees reserve the right to require competitors to change their gis if they are inappropriate or do not fit correctly
• Rashguards may be worn under the gi

NOGI

Men’s Divisions:

• Loose fitting Nogi “board style” shorts are required
• spandex “vale-tudo” shorts are not allowed
• Any clothing with metal, buttons, zippers, or pockets are not allowed
• Wrestling singlets are not allowed unless prior clearance given

Women’s Divisions:

• Loose fitting Nogi “board style” shorts are allowed
• Spandex/Under Armor style shorts or leggings/spats are allowed
• a tight fitting rashguard is required
• Any clothing with metal, buttons, zippers, or pockets are not allowed
• Wrestling singlets are not allowed unless prior clearance given
