This is a NOGI only tournament.

The wearing of a rashguard is MANDATORY for all competitors. No T-Shirt or bare chest.

Spats / Leggings are optional under the grappling / MMA shorts. Males must wear shorts over spats (No one wants to see your little junk). 

Shorts must be of grappling or MMA kind. No pockets, zippers, metal buttons, etc.

Only fabric-based protective gear (ex: knee brace) may be worn. They may not contain any metal or plastic pieces. This means no cups/groin protectors for men. 

Ear protection, wrestling shoes &/or Gi paints may be worn, but may also be used against you!
