REFUND/ CREDIT POLICY 

- 100% Credit for future events up to 2 weeks prior to the event (11th August 23:59)

- Medical condition: Credit up to 1 week prior to the event (18th August 23:59), or you may request refund by email us at [email protected] (your smoothcomp registration is required to stay active for us to send you refund)

- 30% coupon for future events up to 1 week prior to the event (18th August 23:59)

Registration is non-refundable after 18th August 23:59 or after registration will be closed sooner due to full capacity

* In case it is not possible to provide a match after category combining, and the athlete will not take a medal or points in the ranking, it is possible to request a registration refund up to 24 hours after the event date (27th August  23:59).

There is a discounted price package for registration in NO GI and GI divisions
*Kindly note that with this package it is not possible to ask for a partial refund (for only one division)

SPECTATORS 

£10 for Adults (unless they are accompanying a minor, i.e. 1 parent or guardian per Junior competitor)

£5 for kids over 12 

£5 for Military, veterans, emergency service, NHS.

Coaches and the guides can request a coach passes by emailing [email protected] before the 20th August 23:59.

*Please note we will be issuing only 2 coach passes per academy. These requests should be submitted by the head coach or school owner from an official gym email.

REGISTRATION PRICES

Registration fees will be offered at a super discounted rate £40 KIDS, £50 ADULTS (until 18th May 23:59), then a discounted rate £45 KIDS, £55 ADULTS (until 18th July 23:59), then a normal entry rate £55 KIDS, £65 ADULTS (Limited to the late registration deadline 18th August 23:59 or full capacity). Parathletes divisions £10 per entry (Limited to the late registration deadline 18th August 23:59). Please enter early for the best price. REORG OPEN tries to accommodate as many athletes as possible in our events, but there is a limit on the number of athletes in order to guarantee a high quality event.

PLEASE NOTICE

1. If there are any errors on the application or the name is not included on the list, changes should be made until the event's registration deadline, requests sent after the correction deadline (19th August 23:59) will be ignored. The REORG OPEN organizing committee shall be entitled to close the registration early if the number of registered players reaches its full capacity.

2. Athletes must bring valid identification such as a driver’s license, passport or IBJJF ID.

Kids checking in will need a BIRTH CERTIFICATE, PASSPORT or IBJJF ID.

All competitors will be asked to show identification and proff of registration at the front door and weigh in area. Without valid identification you/your child will be DQ. 

3. The referee makes the final decision, complaints are not tolerated and will not interfere in the final decision.

4. Make sure to get to the event at least 60 minutes prior to your bracket schedule. Athletes can be called 45 minutes before the estimated start of the division, a no show after 3 PA System calls will lead to immediate DQ.

5. When there are less than 3 competitors in a division, the competitor may be moved to another division after the registration deadline unless you specifically state in "payment information" that you do not wish to be moved weight, rank and/or age category. The organiser will try it's upmost to create competitive matches for every athlete.

*The category will run if there is there is at least 2 competitors.

*If after category combining (21st August 10:00) you are alone in your division, or you not agree to be in the division mached by our staff, you can email us before 22nd August 10:00am, requests sent after the deadline will be ignored

*If it is not possible to provide a match after category combining, athletes will receive a default medal and points unless they wish to request a refund, which must be done within 48 hours of the event (27th August 23:59).

6. Make sure you have clean clothes and your GI uniform meets tournament regulations.
