Everyone must follow-up the National covid regulations to date!!!

Due the Corona Virus we are allowed to have a limited number of visitors at the same time, therefore we have to place the brackets in a certain time schedule. This schedule will be shown when the brackets will be pubished.

- There will be desinfection spray at the venue for the visitors and for the athletes there will be extra spray at the weigh-in and competition mat.

- Doors and windows in the hall remain open as much as possible for good ventilation.

- All the kids competitors are allowed to bring 1 visitor along, visitors for the adults are possible if there are less 100 visitors at that point.

- Everyone must guarantee the 1.5 meters, except on the mat.

- Competitors must leave the hall when their own bracket has ended.

- No open class until measures are relaxed.

- Competitors must disinfect their hands before entering the mat.

- Competitors can enter the venue 1 hour before their bracket start but have to wait on the tribune.

- Competitors can enter the hall 30 minutes before the start of the bracket for the weigh-in.

- Competitors will have to fill in a form upon arrival stating that they are NOT ill and have NO complaints at the time of entry. When the competitors are Ill or have complaints they will be disqualified without a refund. This form has to be handed fully filled in and signed at the weigh-in. Failling to do so the competitor will be disqualified, no discussion.

- 2 coaches per team are allowed until further notice. Coaches have to be registerd by email before the registration deadline expires. Coaches will also have to fill in a form stating that they are NOT ill and don't have any complaints at the time of entry, same rules applies.

- If the tournament have to be cancelled/postponed, because of COVID-19, you will have the option to ask for a coupon to register on our next tournament, or for a total refund of your registration fee.
