WEIGH-INS:

No Early or Satellite Weigh-ins on Friday. All competitors must weigh-in on Saturday morning at the tournament site. There is a two pound weight allowance. You must make weight or be subject to disqualification. Weigh-ins are done without the Gi.

DOORS OPEN AT 9:00 AM On SATURDAY august 12th

Youth weigh-ins  9:00  am

Adult weigh-INS 10:30 am

YOU CAN UPDATE YOUR REGISTRATION BY LOGGING IN TO YOUR SMOOTHCOMP ACCOUNT UNTIL LATE REGISTRATION ENDS. You may move up one weight class. Youth competitors may move up one skill level.  IF WE CANNOT FIND A SUITABLE OPPONENT FOR YOU, TEAMMATES EXCLUDED, WE WILL OFFER A FULL REFUND. THE PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COMBINE DIVISIONS WHEN THERE ARE LESS THAN THREE COMPETITORS. 

BRACKETS & SCHEDULING

Brackets will be available 12 hours before the event. You may view the brackets & schedule at the event using your mobile device. This information will also be displayed on monitors at the tournament venue.

Please be at the venue at least one hour prior to your scheduled time to compete. No refunds will be issued for no shows, with no exceptions.
