Austrian National Championship NOGI 2021

The Austrian National NOGI Open Championship takes place on 25th September 2021 at S.C. HAKOAH Wehlistrasse 326, 1020 Vienna, Austria 

It's going to be a NOGI Event starting 9:00-10:00 AM with Kids/Juvenile and around 10:30 AM with Adults and Masters categories.

We have Medals for all first, second and 2 third places Winners. Trophies will be awarded to the best 3 Teams ! ALL Adult White, Blue, Purple, Brown, Black Male and Female Open Class Winners will get Medals and shiny Championship BELTS !!!

REGISTRATION

All Athletes which are White Belts or don't have a Belt Rank in BJJ at all but have 2 years or more of Experience in Judo, Sambo, Wrestling, Grappling, MMA or Luta Livre must register at least at Blue Belt. If you have more than 5 years of experience in any of the above martial arts you need to register at least at Purple Belt. If we, the Organizers find out that you registered at White/Blue Belt with the mentioned Experience you will be immediately disqualified and NO refund will be given.

LATE Registration until 22. September :

COVID Regulations:

We have the 3-G regulation for Covid in Vienna, Austria which means that you need an document which approves that you tested negative for Covid, a confirmation of vaccination or a document that you recovered from Covid in the last six months. This is necessary to compete at the tournament !

Spectators :

Because of the Covid Regulations there are no spectators allowed this time

-This tournament requires the IBJJF NOGI Uniform Rules for all Juvenile, Adult and Master Divisions !!

WEIGH-INS

-Adult IBJJF NOGI weight categories

-Kids weight categories : 20, 24,28, 32, 36, 40, 44, 48, 52, 58, 64, 70, 76, +76kg

Kids :

6 years old

7-8 years old

9-10 years old

11-12 years old

13-14 years old

15 years old

-You must weigh prior to your first fight.

-You have to weigh-in with your NOGI Uniform.

-Please make sure you are in the correct weight division.

-NO changes will be accepted after the deadline, NO refund.

IF YOU DO NOT MAKE WEIGHT

-For competitors 18 years of age and older: there is only one opportunity to check the weight. If you don't make your weight you WILL be immediately disqualified and NO refund or voucher will be given.

-For competitors 18 years of age under: we will do our best to accommodate you and move you into a new bracket. THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED. If there are no available fights, we will provide a voucher for future use but NO refunds will be given.

COMPETITOR INFORMATION

-You can access a full list of competitors by visiting the event page and clicking on the “Registrations” tab.

-This is a REAL-TIME list that updates automatically as competitors register.

DIVISION CHANGES

-You can make changes to your registration until 23:59 on the day of the final registration deadline (22. September 2021) .

-Log into your account to make any necessary changes.

BRACKETS AND SCHEDULE

-Brackets and the event schedule will be posted on the Friday prior to the event.

-You can access these by visiting the “Brackets & Schedule” tab.

-A REAL-TIME schedule by bracket and REAL-TIME schedule by match order will be featured on large TV monitors at the event allowing you access to the most up-to-date information available.

-During the event, you will be able to access this information from your mobile device.

-Please be ON TIME to your designated mat to keep the tournament running on time.
