Refund Policy for BJJ247:

At BJJ247, we want to ensure that all of our customers are completely satisfied with our services. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund may be necessary. This policy outlines the circumstances under which we will issue refunds.

Refunds will only be issued for Early Bird Registration. After that point, credits will be issued to the associated Smoothcomp account that is registered. In the event of an injury, we may request proof before issuing a credit.

Credits issued will be valid for up to 24 months from the date of issue. If a customer signs up for an event using a credit and subsequently withdraws from the event, no additional credits will be issued.

Please note that BJJ247 will only issue cash refunds in the case of Early Bird Registration. All other refunds will be issued as credits.
