The rules meeting will be at 9:30am.
All require check-ins/weigh-ins 1hr prior to all matches.
Matches start approximately at 10:00am.
Competitors/Parents Please check your bracket times continuously as it may change due to updates.
Competitors that are not checked in will be disqualified from the event without refund. All competitors please be at your specified mat before your start time.
Spectators
Spectators are welcome, with entrance included through admission or tickets to the Fit & Flex Expo. Schools bringing the most students will also be rewarded, adding even more incentive to join the action.
