The founder and president of our organization, Master Shui Kwan (Redver) Ku holds a 6th Dan Black Belt Kukkiwon Certification issued by the World Taekwondo Federation and was awarded the Letter of Commendation from the Kukkiwon, the World Taekwondo Headquarters.
