ELIGIBILITY:

▪ At least 30 years of age. Year of birth must be 1994 or earlier.

(Acceptable proof of age: birth certificate, passport, or current USA Judo membership card having the age verification symbol “V” printed following the date of birth.)

Note: A Driver’s License is not acceptable as proof of age.
