VIENNA International BJJ Open 2019

The Vienna International BJJ Open will take place on 30th November 2019 at S.C. HAKOAH Wehlistrasse 326, 1020 Vienna, Austria.

It's going to be a Gi Event starting at 9:00 AM. Kids, Adult and Master categories.

We have Medals for all first, second and 2 third places Winners. Trophies will be awarded to the best 3 Teams ! All Adult White, Blue, Purple, Brown, Black Male and Female Open Class Winners will get Medals and shiny Championship Belts !!!

REGISTRATION

-NO REFUNDS will be given at any time for any reason.

WEIGH-INS

-Adult IBJJF weight categories

-Kids weight categories : 20, 24,28, 32, 36, 40, 44, 48, 52, 56, 60, 64, 68, 72, 76, +76kg

Kids :

6 years old

7-8 years old

9-10 years old

11-12 years old

13-14 years old

15 years old

-You must weigh prior to your first fight.

-You have to weigh in with your Gi on.

IF YOU DO NOT MAKE WEIGHT

-For competitors 18 years of age and older: you WILL be disqualified and NO refund or voucher will be given.

--For competitors 18 years of age under: we will do our best to accommodate you and move you into a new bracket. THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED. If there are no available fights, we will provide a voucher for future use but NO refunds will be given.

COMPETITOR INFORMATION

-You can access a full list of competitors by visiting the event page and clicking on the “Registrations” tab.

-This is a REAL-TIME list that updates automatically as competitors register.

DIVISION CHANGES

-You can make changes to your registration until 11:59 PM on the day of the final registration deadline (26th November) .

-Log into your account to make any necessary changes.

-If the final registration deadline passes and you do not like where you are bracketed, you can cancel your registration before 12 pm on the Friday prior to the event and receive a credit for a future event.

BRACKETS AND SCHEDULE

-Brackets and the event schedule will be posted on the Friday prior to the event.

-You can access these by visiting the “Brackets & Schedule” tab.

-A REAL-TIME schedule by bracket and REAL-TIME schedule by match order will be featured on large TV monitors at the event allowing you access to the most up-to-date information available.

-During the event, you will be able to access this information from your mobile device.

-Please be ON TIME to your designated mat to keep the tournament running on time.
