The event will run under UWW International Wrestling Rules 

FREESTYLE WRESTLING

Freestyle allows holds of the upper and lower body.

To win: 

• Pin both of your opponent's shoulders to the mat (Fall)
• Score 10+ points more than your opponent (Technical Superiority)
• Score more than your opponent at the end of the match

To score:

• Takedown: bring your opponent down from a standing position to the mat (2-5 points)
• Exposure: on the ground, turn your opponent and expose their back to the mat  (2 points)
• Reversal: on the ground, escape from your opponent's control and gain control over them (1 point)
• Push-out: drive your opponent beyond the boundaries of the wrestling mat (1 point)

WOMEN'S WRESTLING

Women's Wrestling follows the same rules a Freestyle Wrestling

GRECO-ROMAN WRESTLING

Greco-Roman disallows holds below the waist or use of the legs for takedowns.

To win:

• The same winning conditions as Freestyle Wrestling, except:
• Score 8+ points more than your opponent (Technical Superiority)

Scoring criteria are the same as Freestyle Wrestling
