Aeon BJJ Youth Interclub

Aeon Youth White, Grey and Yellow Belt Interclub: Saturday, June 17th 2023

Location: Aeon Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, The John Corfield Centre, Conyers Road, SW16 6LS.

Doors Open at 12.30pm. The event starts at 1pm and will run until 6pm

Our Interclub aims to create a safe, friendly and nurturing environment for first-time or amateur competitors to compete against local clubs. Please ask your coach to contact us if you want your child to participate. All academies welcome. :-)

We will be following the IBJJF ruleset.

For children aged 4-7 years, the winner will be determined by points.

For children aged 8+, the winner will be determined by points or submissions (forcing your opponent to tap out/quit).  

Before selecting a weight category, please ensure you weigh your child with their kimono. If your child is placed within the incorrect category, we cannot guarantee entry to compete on the day.

Please note:

White belts with no or any stripes enter the - White Belt Category 

Grey & White, Grey and Grey & Black belts enter the - Grey Belt Category 

Yellow & White, Yellow and Yellow & Black belts enter the - Yellow Belt Category 

For children under 8 that wish to compete with a submission ruleset, please get in touch with us, and we will see what we can arrange.

The entry fee is £25 if registered before Sunday June 11th 23.59 and £30 after. The late registration deadline is Thursday, 15th at 23:59.
