Union Jiu Jitsu provides an excellent Brazilian Jiu Jitsu experience. Our classes are designed to give each student as much individualized attention as possible because we know that not one size fits all. Jiu Jitsu is a unique sport where students can thrive with specific instructions for their abilities and body type. Students learn different skills and traits they never thought they could. Still, BJJ is more than just a workout. BJJ teaches us about ourselves and the world. Our students learn on and off the mat while having fun, with a positive culture and group events.
