Should we be unable to provide you a match or the tournament is rescheduled, you will be given a full refund. We will do our best to make sure everyone get a match by merging divisions if we deem it safe. Please refer to the 'merging policy' tab for details on how we merge.

Teammate policy: 

In rare cases where only teammates from the same academy are in a division, competitors will have half of the cost of the division refunded via credit.    

If you wish to withdraw prior to registrations closing, you are eligible for a full refund (you can do this yourself on Smoothcomp).

If you are injured between registrations closing and the start of the tournament you are entitled to a full credit for use at any of our future competitions, provided you can give medical evidence (doctor or physio) of your injury. Please email this to us at [email protected].
