2024 Adelaide International Open - Kata
The Adelaide International Open (AIO) is South Australia's premier Judo event.
AIO is open to players competing in Kata and Shiai.
This website is for players competing in Kata only.
All Australian players must be financial members of a Judo Australia (JA) member State or Territory. All International players must be International Judo Federation (IJF) affiliated and are required to organise their own visas.
SCHEDULE
FRIDAY 23 AUGUST 2024
Weigh-in: 6.00pm to 7.30pm at The Lights (Event Venue) or
6.00pm to 7.00pm at Adelaide University Judo Club
SATURDAY 24 AUGUST 2024
- 8.00am - Kata practice.
- 9.00am - Event Official Opening
- 9.30am - Kata and Shiai together with medal presentations during event.
Event Official Closing: End of event (5.00pm approx)

- Comply with Judo Australia Kata Sporting Code
- White Judogi for kata
- Shiai entry is via JudoManager
- Adelaide University Judo Club (AUJC) is at 34 Phillips St, Thebarton, SA
