ATTENDANCE INFORMATION

ADULT SPECTATORS: $10.00 (CASH) Or 2 Non Perishable Food Items.( All Spectators Cash & Food goes to the Gloucester Emergency Food Cupboard.)

12 & UNDER SPECTATORS: FREE

COACHES (BJJ Black belts & Head Instructors ONLY): FREE

REFUNDS-

For full refunds before the deadline date ( Wednesday April 5th 6:00pm) you must email [email protected]

 No Refund after registration deadline. Unless a child or adult has no one in their division and does not wish to move up ,they will be allowed  a full refund.

WEIGH-INS

Weigh-ins will take place on day of the event. Competitors will weigh-in without the GI on. There is a 2 pound over allowance. Competitors are expected to check-in, weigh-in, and be warmed up and ready to compete 1 hour prior to their scheduled division.

Youth Division 5-17  registration & Weigh -8:00- 9:00

Adult Division registration and Weigh-Ins Start time at 9:30

Please keep in mind that Competitors MUST to checked-in, weight-in, be warmed-up and ready to compete 1 hour PRIOR to their scheduled division.

It is the athlete's responsibility to make weight and make sure they are registered in the correct division. If an athlete cannot make weight, they must contact us as soon as possible.

 MODIFICATION/CORRECTION deadline and a full refund is Wednesday April  5th 2022 at 6 PM. On the day of the tournament, we will no longer accept registration corrections, athletes who fail to make weight will be disqualified with no refund. Absolutely No Refund after April 5th 2022 at 6:00pm, the SCHEDULE IS FINALIZED

ONTARIO GRAPPLING ASSOCIATION (OGA) FEDERATION 

All competitors must have valid registration with the Ontario Grappling Association (OGA) in order to compete. The OGA will be present at the tournament. The registration fee is $20.00 and is valid for one year, this entitles you to participate in any OGA tournament.

Competitors, please ensure you have registered with and PAID the OGA registration fee before the tournament, as it could create a significant delay.
