Rules & Tiebreakers
HAVE FUN!!
There will be no limit to the color of an athletes Gi. Athletes may wear a rashguard and/or spats underneath their Gi. Please ensure that all Gi's, belts, shorts, etc are clean, of proper length, etc.
Athletes must ensure all finger nails and toe nails are trimmed.
Athletes only need to weigh in once, and can weigh in at any time before their match. As brackets are based on the 5 closest athletes by rank and weight, a SMALL variation in weight will be allowed. Athletes weighing much more than their bracket will need to be disqualified.
Referees decisions are final.
Be sure to checkout the Tie Breaker and Overtime Rules. We think we've got a unique approach that favors athletes rather than punishing them.
