We hope you’ll find us to be a friendly, clean, safe, family-focused, and no-nonsense gym. We teach Gi and No Gi Jiu-Jitsu and Wrestling for defense, sport, fitness, and fun. We are an unaffiliated school and welcome practitioners from all walks of life. We value smoothness and technique over speed, strength, and aggression. Our instructors are devoted students of the broad universe of Jiu-Jitsu moves, concepts, and training methods. Rather than force students into a mold we hope to give our members core grappling competencies while helping them find a game/style that fits their unique body and personality.
