Women

Adult Belt: white, blue, purple, brown and black

Brackets:

The Brackets for groups from 2 to 5 persons will all start in the format of “round robin”. So everyone will fight against everyone to have more fights. Groups from 6 and more will start in the format “double elimination”. If you lose, you have at least 2 fights and can win the bronze medal. Rest in between matches is a minimum of one Round. You can follow the Brackets and fights live on our TV in the competition hall or on your own smoothcomp account.

Competitor List:

Competitor lists will be live throughout the registration process and can be viewed by checking out the registrations tab on the event page. We encourage everyone to login by the last day of registration and check their details along with the competitor lists, and not wait until the brackets are published and locked in to confirm such details.

Changing Divisions:

After the registration closes, all competitors (coaches or parents) will have time until 20:00 the following day to make any changes to their registrations. You can make these changes by logging into your account and modifying your registration details. After this change deadline, the registration will become locked in, and there will be no further changes allowed. 

When an athlete is alone in their division he or she should choose to either self-move themselves up a division or cancel their registration. If you have to cancel the registration because there is no opponent, get in contact with us ([email protected]). Division Mergers

After the change deadline, competitors who do not have anyone in their division group may be merged with another division.

• First we’ll switch between different age categories but the same weight categories.
• Second we will put a single athlete to the next higher weight category. 

If there is still no solution, we will get in touch with the athlete and find a way. Therefore you’ll have to answer within 24h or we must delete you from the List and Bracket.

Referee

To guarantee you that we have a high quality of matches we will have only high-grade referees with lots of referee experience. So there will no white or blue belts working as a referee like in some other competitions. We’ll also have 2 referees for each match always, one on the mat and one behind the desk. So if there is a problem, we’ll have 4 eyes that can judge. 

The referees come from different places and teams. They will not coach other fighters or fight themselves, to keep neutrality.
