TAP was created by the husband and wife duo, Thalys and Abbi Pontes. The name for their school came from combining their initials, T(halys) A(bbi) P(ontes), as well as their shared love of making people "TAP out.” TAP was created with a clear goal: to bring authentic and effective Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to the people of Rock Hill, SC.
