SEA Grappling Tournament

Welcome to the South East Asia Grappling Tournament (SEAGT) in January 2024, hosted by Fat Cat Athletic Club. Our mission is to make Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournaments more accessible and foster collaboration within the BJJ community. Join us at Avani Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand, on 13 January 2024. Both Gi and NoGi divisions will be held on the same day.

Registration Costs:

- Kids Gi/ No-Gi Divisions:

THB 800 - Early Bird Registrations

THB 1000 - Normal Registrations

- Juvenile Gi/No-Gi Divisions: 

THB 900 - Early Bird Registrations

THB 1100 - Normal Registrations

- Adult Gi/No-Gi Division: 

THB 1400 - Early Bird Registrations

THB 1600 - Normal Registrations

- Adult Absolute Division:

THB 500

(Note: Must be registered in Adult Gi/No-Gi divisions first)

All registrations are open until January 9th and the max capacity is 500 signups.

Schedule:

- 8am-9:15am: Weigh-in

- 9:30am-9:50am: Event/Rules briefing

- 10:00am: Start of the competition

Rules and Regulations:

- Weight divisions are modified weight classes.

- IBJJF rules apply to all competition matches, including both absolute divisions.

- Gi colors are flexible, but Ripstop material for Gi jackets are not allowed.

- No-Gi attire varies for men and women, and rashguards are optional.

- Weight allowances have a 500-gram limit. Any overweight participants will be moved to a higher weight category or face disqualification.
