With extensive teaching experience, Diogo specializes in instructing beginners in the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. His training approach welcomes individuals of all fitness levels and backgrounds, ensuring that everyone can learn, enjoy, and benefit from the Jiu-Jitsu lifestyle.
