**Black belts compete for free. To be approved, you must:

1) Register for your division but don't pay!

2) Email [email protected] with the following info: Name, gym/affiliation, and who you got your black belt from.

3) Receive approval and enjoy the tournament!

Refunds

Full refunds will be issued until the close of early bird registration (1 month before event). Refunds by coupon for a future Chewijtsu Open will be offered until 3 days before event. Any withdrawals within 3 days of the event will not be offered a refund. 

A full refund will be offered if we are unable to provide you with any matches the day of the tournament. Based on our Madison bracketing method, this is very unlikely to happen, but we will refund your full registration fee and offer you a 20% discount for a future event as an apology for the inconvenience.
