This is a No Gi Sub Only Round Robin Charity Event in Portarlington, Co. Laois. All money raised will go to the Go Fund Me campaign 'Fight For Johnny's Girls'
INFORMATION
FORMAT: Round Robin.
RULES and GUIDELINES:
Match Duration
• White belts - 5 minutes
• Blue belts - 6 minutes
• Purple belts - 7 minutes
• Brown belts - 8 minutes
• Black belts - 10 minutes
Scoring
GAMA Rules: Sub only. In the case of a draw, the decision will go to the referee. The decision will be based on trying to finish. No overtimes.
• No heel hooks for White belts
• All Submissions for Blue belts and Above
Weigh-in
Weigh-ins will be without the Gi. Weigh in before you compete.
No-Gi
Shorts with no zips & Rash-guard must be worn
