- 40% coupon for future events up to 1 week prior to the event (15th October 23:59)

Registration is non-refundable after 15th October 23:59.

Please notice requests sent after the deadline will be ignored.

* In case it is not possible to provide a match after category combining, athletes will receive defult medal and points in the system. If athlete will not collect a medal or points in the ranking, it is possible request a registration refund up to 48hours after the event date. 

CATEGORY COMBINING
Category combining may only be applied to categories which there are less than three competitors.

Divisions with two players can be moved to the next division in case there is chance to give only one player a fight.

EXAMPLE ADULTS: if there are 2 competitors in division Master 2 purple belt -73,5kg they can be moved by age to Master 1 purple belt -73,5kg (only if only one competitor in Master 1 purple belt -73,5kg ) or by weight to Master 2 purple belt -79,5kg (if only one competitor in Master 2 purple belt -79,5kg).

EXAMPLE KIDS: if there are 2 competitors in the division Boys grey belt Junior 2 -36kg they can be moved by age to Boys Grey belt Teen 1 -36kg or by weight to Boys Grey Belt Junior 2 -40kg. 

*If you/ your child will be in division with less than 3 competitors and you DO NOT AGREE/ HAVE PREFERENCES to be moved up in weight, age, or rank please add a note in “payment information”. If No information is added this means that you Agree to be moved with the organizer judgment after registration deadline.

*Masters and Adults in that case wont be merged. Divisions can be moved maximum 1 weight or age class.
