Kids:

In the case where a child is alone in a division, we will move them up or down ONE level in EITHER age, weight or skill. In the case where the only option is to merge them more than this, we will contact the coach or parent to gain their approval, otherwise a refund will be given. If you would like your child to be moved somewhere else, please email us ASAP with their name and the division you would like them moved into (one that already has competitors in it).

Youths:

The above rule applies to youths as well, however we will also consider merging intermediate, advanced and expert youths into the adult beginner division for their weight. We will contact the parent or coach for approval before doing so.

Adults:

If you are alone in a division, we will merge you up a weight class, if that isn't an option then up a skill level.
